We particularly liked the location being close to the park and historic areas, especially the proximity to Vrelo Bosne. So we booked it! But how wonderful it was to stay here, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, spacious rooms, the spa facilities and the food was great too. As for the staff, everyone was so lovely and professional. A particular mention to the spa staff who were exceptional. A quick shoutout to Almedina who was one of the wonderful chefs - made our stay that much more pleasant with her warm smile, friendly conversation and keenness to entertain our 1 year old baby.

The breakfast was amazing. So much choice, sweet and savoury, something for everyone. As a motorcycle group with 15 motorcycles, 1 van and 20 people, we had a rest day in Sarajevo so managed to stay for 2 nights. The nightlife close by was close enough to walk to but far away enough for it not to be noisy. The garage and parking was free and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice too and many of our riders enjoyed a pleasant swim or sauna.

I really enjoyed my stay at moun10 in Garmisch with my family and kids. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and family-friendly. The beautiful views of the surrounding mountains made our stay even more special. Everything we needed—restaurants, shops, and attractions—was within walking distance

The rooms were very spacious! Bed was massive and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were lovely and during the day quite quiet. It was very relaxing, they had separate lifts for the spa so you didn’t have to walk around the hotel in your robe and slippers!

Cleanliness outstanding Staff customer service amazing top top service Great friendly staff. From reception to cafe to housekeeping all amazing. Extremely clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good with good variety. Pool facilities and gym were really food. Spa sauna all great too. Could be tad hotter for my liking but definitely suffice. Rooms were cleaned regularly and efficiently We asked if they could check us in early, which they did with no charge and gave us a balcony room. Highly highly reccomend

The hotel surprised me with the standard that they keep. From the initial check in all the way through the stay and the checkout, the place was amazing. The rooms rival any 5 star hotel in the west (Australia in particular as that's where I am from). The breakfast was great, clean sheets amazing view of the surrounding hills, mountains and the river that runs besides the hotel. They offer a spa and swimming pool which I did not use but did inspect and again it does not disappoint, excellence! All you could ask for in Sarajevo, highly recommended for solo travelers and families. Close to local shopping centres and amenities. The Hotrl Cafe and Restaurants in house offer everything you could wish for and crave. Room service is a little pricey but not a rip off. Rooms have mini bars and safes. Next time I am in Bosnia with the family, I will most definitely try to stay here again.

I liked that there was no alcohol in this hotel as it's very important to my faith. The staff were nice and the hotel was clean. The location was very good as it was close to many shops etc.
