Malak Regency Hotel

Located at a quiet area and across the street from the park Make up rooms was very good and the staff were exceptionally good Breakfast was good but could be better for a five star hotel

We particularly liked the location being close to the park and historic areas, especially the proximity to Vrelo Bosne. So we booked it! But how wonderful it was to stay here, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, spacious rooms, the spa facilities and the food was great too. As for the staff, everyone was so lovely and professional. A particular mention to the spa staff who were exceptional. A quick shoutout to Almedina who was one of the wonderful chefs - made our stay that much more pleasant with her warm smile, friendly conversation and keenness to entertain our 1 year old baby.

I really enjoyed my stay at moun10 in Garmisch with my family and kids. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and family-friendly. The beautiful views of the surrounding mountains made our stay even more special. Everything we needed—restaurants, shops, and attractions—was within walking distance

The rooms were very spacious! Bed was massive and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were lovely and during the day quite quiet. It was very relaxing, they had separate lifts for the spa so you didn’t have to walk around the hotel in your robe and slippers!

The hotel surprised me with the standard that they keep. From the initial check in all the way through the stay and the checkout, the place was amazing. The rooms rival any 5 star hotel in the west (Australia in particular as that's where I am from). The breakfast was great, clean sheets amazing view of the surrounding hills, mountains and the river that runs besides the hotel. They offer a spa and swimming pool which I did not use but did inspect and again it does not disappoint, excellence! All you could ask for in Sarajevo, highly recommended for solo travelers and families. Close to local shopping centres and amenities. The Hotrl Cafe and Restaurants in house offer everything you could wish for and crave. Room service is a little pricey but not a rip off. Rooms have mini bars and safes. Next time I am in Bosnia with the family, I will most definitely try to stay here again.
