We particularly liked the location being close to the park and historic areas, especially the proximity to Vrelo Bosne. So we booked it! But how wonderful it was to stay here, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, spacious rooms, the spa facilities and the food was great too. As for the staff, everyone was so lovely and professional. A particular mention to the spa staff who were exceptional. A quick shoutout to Almedina who was one of the wonderful chefs - made our stay that much more pleasant with her warm smile, friendly conversation and keenness to entertain our 1 year old baby.

The rooms were very spacious! Bed was massive and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were lovely and during the day quite quiet. It was very relaxing, they had separate lifts for the spa so you didn’t have to walk around the hotel in your robe and slippers!

Cleanliness outstanding Staff customer service amazing top top service Great friendly staff. From reception to cafe to housekeeping all amazing. Extremely clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good with good variety. Pool facilities and gym were really food. Spa sauna all great too. Could be tad hotter for my liking but definitely suffice. Rooms were cleaned regularly and efficiently We asked if they could check us in early, which they did with no charge and gave us a balcony room. Highly highly reccomend

The hotel surprised me with the standard that they keep. From the initial check in all the way through the stay and the checkout, the place was amazing. The rooms rival any 5 star hotel in the west (Australia in particular as that's where I am from). The breakfast was great, clean sheets amazing view of the surrounding hills, mountains and the river that runs besides the hotel. They offer a spa and swimming pool which I did not use but did inspect and again it does not disappoint, excellence! All you could ask for in Sarajevo, highly recommended for solo travelers and families. Close to local shopping centres and amenities. The Hotrl Cafe and Restaurants in house offer everything you could wish for and crave. Room service is a little pricey but not a rip off. Rooms have mini bars and safes. Next time I am in Bosnia with the family, I will most definitely try to stay here again.

The hotel is in a modern district of Sarajevo, several restaurants, shop in the nearby area. The staff, by the reception, the waiters etc were excellent friendly and helpful. There is a wellness facility on the ground floor, one can reach it with a separate elevator, you don't need to walk around wearing bathrobe. Warm pool, sauna. The only problem was, the massage - water - jet function of the pool wasn't working. The buffet breakfast is excellent, wide variety of cold and warm dishes. There are also good meals on the a la carte menu, steaks, oriental kind of dishes etc. Important to know, this is a Muslim - halal hotel, therefore they don't serve alcoholic drinks. My personal opinion is that it would be better if discreetly, but they would serve them for non - Muslim guests, at least as a room service. But rules are rules, and we accepted it.

Very nice, rich breakfast (incl. Pizza). Very friendly staff everywhere. Parking very convenient. Only 10mins drive to the airport. Ca. 10 min walk to tram station.

My trip was 5 days. The restaurant that serve breakfast was 5 stars for only two days. My room was clean, quite and very confirmable (Bed, Sofa and bathroom). Laundry service was super fast.

Nice and supportive staff, clean and comfort room. River view. Nice breakfast with much varieties. it has free underground private parking.
