- helpful staff at the reception. One day we had good experience the other day woman working at the reception didnt know where are the stairs. - spacious room, very good bed (hard bed) - quiet - in the hotel is also a pool, hammam and sauna - all free of charge. I used it in the morning and I was alone. To use the swimming pool and wellness you have to use the special elevator that is apart from the manin elevator, in order to avoid walking in a bathrobe by the reception. - Garage is below the hotel and is very clean.

Malak Regency Hotel is excellent, the location is convenient, close to the airport and the city center. Employees are friendly, welcoming and even cleaners are always with smiling faces. It makes your stay comfortable and convenient. Malak Regency Hotel will always be my first choice and I would recommend for anyone visiting Sarajevo to stay in this amazing and beautiful hotel 👍

Nice location. Good play yard for kids. Nice view to the river. Free parking. Elevator. Water hose in the bathroom. Nice cafe that have a nice view to the river beside the kids playground. Nice buffet and the ladies that make eggs are too nice.

Breakfast was out of this world, thoroughly enjoyed. Room was upgraded to a apartment suite, fantastic room. Staff were helpful and shop downstairs also convenient. Halal food too! and a Qiblah symbol in each room indicating which way to pray
